She's That Girl Dolls are recommended for ages 6+. Every She's That Girl product is labeled with an age-grading icon to ensure your purchase is appropriate for the age of the recipient.

How can I care for my She’s That Girl Doll?

Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada?
No, unfortunately at this time we are only able to ship product within the continental U.S.

Ordering as early as possible is the best way to ensure you get all your gifts in time for the holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item I purchased from She’s That Girl Dolls?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please fill out a return form in our returns portal. Upon submitting your return request, please send your return to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
